How much does your design services cost?
Prices vary on each piece of work depending on what it is you require and what is involved in producing your work. If you are interested in our design services, please email us for a free quote.
What is your turn around on design services?
Turnaround times are dependent on what service you are requiring. Usually most services can be completed within 48 hours, however services such as websites take a longer period of time. For more details, please email us with a detailed description of what service you require and we will be happy to let you know how long it should take.
Do you do free work?
No sorry. A lot of time and effort is invested into our designs, to ensure that each client is treated professionally and is happy with the design solution we provide them with. Time is money, and unfortunately we cannot do free work. The only time free work may be considered is if it is for a charity.
What do I do if I find someone has stolen your work?
If you come across someone who has stolen out work please let us know as soon as possible so we can take action against them, Thank you.
How to help improve the standard of your work?
Please note that there is only so much a designer can do with certain resources that are provided to them. It is impossible to use a small low quality photo on a large print design. To help improve the whole process of our design services where photographs are involved, please make sure you supply us with high quality photos to ensure best results. For best results, it is preferred if the photos are raw files that have not been scaled down in size.
We also suggest that you have a professional photo shoot taken to ensure you are supplying us with high quality images as resources such as photographs can have a negative effect on the overall outcome of our design services if they are low quality images.
